Caribbean players are known for their fun-loving demeanor all over the world, on and off the pitch. The West Indies team are admired by cricket fans around the world and have probably the least haters in World Cricket. They are currently playing the second test match of the two-game test series against Pakistan at Sabina Park. After losing the toss and first at batting on day one, Pakistan managed to score 274 points by losing four wickets to stumps.
Day 2 of the game was called off due to a wet outfield as the bowler’s swing area had visible wet spots. However, West Indian cricketers saw this as an opportunity to lighten things up in the locker room and started their own game of cricket.
In a video posted by Windies Cricket to their official social media accounts, Caribbean cricketers can be seen enjoying their time off the pitch in a locker room match of their own. The video features Jomel Warrican, Chemar Holder, Jason Holder and other players.
The players are involved in a heated but funny criticism for a dismissal. Jomel Warrican is the drummer who came out of a delivery from Chemar Holder. Warrican however disagrees with referee Shamarh Brooks’ decision and requests a third review by referee. The third referee, Jason Holder then uses the ball tracking and gives the decision on the big screen.
