The Cliffs adds 52 housing sites in three new communities in South Carolina
Homes at Golf Ridge, Solstice Park, and Lake Ridge start at just under $ 1 million.
The Cliffs, a collection of luxury residential communities in Travelers Rest, SC in the Blue Ridge Mountains, announced the opening of 52 residential sites in three new communities. Golf Ridge at The Cliffs at Mountain Park will offer 19 homes adjacent to Gary Player’s Mountain Park Golf Course, Solstice Park at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs will offer 28 homes near Master Plan Park amenities, and Lake Ridge at The Landing at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs will consist of five homes near the future Lake Club. “We are excited to launch these new ownership opportunities at The Cliffs at Mountain Park and The Cliffs at Keowee Springs,” said Rob Duckett, President of The Cliffs. “Each housing site is ideally located and owners will benefit from existing and planned state-of-the-art amenities, which continue to be in high demand in our seven communities. Owners will have the option of renting a nearby dock. Prices range from $ 1.029 million to $ 1.329 million.
